Iain teaches a wide variety of inspiring and fun exercise classes: Circuits, Abs and Back, Kettle-bell training and Viper training. Group training is better suited to a person if they enjoy working-out as part of a team. All of our sessions are reasonably priced and provide the opportunity to meet new people and try out a new skill. The key aim is to keep the client motivated and focused.
